You can manipulate your photos in app with filters and cropping.

Profiles - Create your own profile complete with a username and avatar and own the Tags you create. Allow people to start following you to build up your fan base.
Follow Users - Follow your friends or users who post the best tags so you can stay involved in coversations!
Notifications - See a feed of all the recent activity on the Tags you create or interact with or find out when the users you are following are posting tags so you can visit those locations and get involved.
Create an Account & Login or Just Use It - Create an Account and fill out your profile or just use it!
Add Caption Text to Tags - As you create your Tags you can enter some caption text to add a little bit of extra fun.
Comment on Tags - You can retag a Tag to create hilarious visual conversations or now add comments to individual Tags.
Find and Invite Friends - Find friends via Facebook, your contacts list or invite via email.
View the users who are following you and who you are following via your profile.
View a users following and followers list via their profile.
